High Accuracy Hole-Punching

Toshiba's unique Parallel 2D Register system is enhanced technology that provides an accurate hole-punching mechanism for high speed MFP.

A conventional hole-punch mechanism simply punches paper. Therefore, if the feed paper is skewed or slipped, the hole position also slips. However, our 2D Register system automatically detects the skewing and slipping of paper through on-board sensors, and moves the punch unit to the correct position. In addition, Toshiba's Parallel 2D Register readily adapts to high speed MFP thanks to its ability to simultaneous move the puncher while processing.
